If you can’t see the payment pop-up in Kong Studios, your browser probably has a pop-up blocker enabled (especially if you’re using Safari). You’ll need to allow the pop-up window to open or adjust your browser’s settings/preferences. For more see: Safari / Chrome / Firefox / Opera. Alternatively you can get a card here then log in at Kong Studios.
Your membership allows you to create one avatar. Once you click “finish” and then “confirm,” it’s locked forever. Choose wisely!
Sometimes your computer downloads a text file instead of the card pass – especially for Apple users. Try changing the file name/extension to .pkpass. Then, email it, AirDrop it, or message it to your phone and open it there. It should work! If not, email us.
Once you’ve accessed the card’s benefits (like making your avatar or downloading the card), refunds are unavailable.

Kong Card Holder Presale begins Wednesday 4 March at 10am local time.
This presale is exclusively available to Kong Card holders.
Kong Cards purchased before 7am PT / 10am ET on 3 March must complete presale registration by 1pm GMT on 4 March to receive access details. Register HERE.
Kong Cards purchased between 7am PT / 10am ET March 3 and 1pm GMT on March 4 will automatically receive presale access and do not need to register.
Access to the Kong Card Holder Presale does not guarantee the ability to successfully purchase tickets.
Tickets are limited to a maximum of 8 per show, subject to availability.
One presale link and password will be issued per eligible Kong Card holder. The same link and password may be used to book tickets for any available show date.
Presale links and passwords are strictly non-transferable.
Gorillaz accepts no liability for technical issues that prevent receipt of presale emails or access to ticketing websites.
Attendance at live shows is subject to the terms, conditions and age restrictions of the relevant venue and ticket provider. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure compliance with any applicable age restrictions.
