- If I was a G-Club member, is my membership switched to Sub Division or do I need to re-subscribe to get all of the benefits of Sub Division?
- As an existing G-Club member your account has automatically been switched over to Sub Division with all the benefits and you can log in using your G-Club user name and password.
- I have moved house since I joined G-Club. How can I update my details to receive the exclusive gift?

- I am a G-Club subscriber and have already attended a Gorillaz show in 2009 using G-Club member privileges. Can I still participate in the ticket presales for the 2010 tour.
- Yes. All G-Club and Sub Division members have full eligibility, prior to the presales opening for the 2010 tour of 4 tickets.
- How much does it cost to join Sub Division?
- Annual membership of Sub Division costs £29.99 UK Pounds Stirling / $45.00 USD . To see all of the benefits of subscribing and to sign up go to the Sub Division page http://gorillaz.com/sub-division. As the Gorillaz tour travels then we may offer subscriptions in local currencies eg European Euros or United States Dollars. If you purchase your membership from one of our ticket vendor partners then you will be charged the equivalent amount of money in the currency local to the event and vendor.
- I purchased a Sub Division membership from a ticket vendor while I was making my ticket purchase. How do I receive all of my membership information?
- Approximately 10 days after your purchase, the ticket vendor will send you a unique and personal pass-code that you will be able to redeem to log-in to Gorillaz.com and create your Sub Division account.
- How do I receive the exclusive digital tour poster?
- The link to download your copy of the exclusive digital poster will be available in the members area of Sub Division when you log in to Gorillaz.com
- Where can I find my log-in details?
- Your login details for Gorillaz Sub Division is your Gorillaz.com username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password follow the "forgotten password" or "forgotten username" links from the login forms.
If you find you are not receiving emails from us on your email account, it may be because of SPAM blockers on your mail account. You need to check with your ISP to see if they have SPAM blocks, and if so ask them to remove gorillaz.com. You should also add noreply@gorillaz.com to your address book. This will help to ensure that you do not miss this mail. - How do I receive the 25% discount in the Gorillaz.com store?
- A voucher code to use when you checkout will be sent to you as part of the welcome email that will be sent you when you subscribe to Sub Division. It is also found on your Sub Division members page on Gorillaz.com.
- Are tickets included in the 25% store discount?
- NO. Tickets are not on sale via the gorillaz.com official merchandise store http://gorillaz.officialmerchshop.com/ and the 25% discount does not apply to tickets or to ticket sales via one of our partner ticket vendor websites. The discount also does not apply to Subscribe for a Friend.
Pre-sale and Pre-sale Access Code Info
- What is a ticket pre-sale?
- A ticket pre-sale is an advance window to access tickets, online, prior to the general public sale of the tickets.
- Do I have to be a Sub Division subscriber to participate in the Gorillaz ticket pre-sale?
- Yes. This pre-sale is only for members of Sub Division who have purchased a subscription and who have not already used their pre-sale ticketing passcode. If you are not currently a subscriber sign up here
- When is the latest I can join Sub Division to be involved in the Internet ticket pre-sale?
- Anyone who is a current Subscriber to Sub Division with a valid pre-sale access code can participate when ticket pre-sales take place. The exact times for access will be emailed to you and made available on the Sub Division page at Gorillaz.com
- How do I gain access to the Sub Division pre-sale?
- To gain access to the Sub Division pre-sale you will need your unique and personal Pre-sale Access code that has been allocated to you as an eligible current Subscriber of Sub Division or G-Club. You will be notified of how and when to access the pre-sale ticketing pages via email. The pre-sale ticketing links FOR EACH CONCERT will also be available via the Sub Division of Gorillaz.com once the pre-sale for that concert has started.
- Where is my pre-sale access code?
- All current paid-up eligible subscribers to Sub Division will be emailed (at the address they registered with on gorillaz.com) details on how the pre-sale works, including the unique pre-sale access code they will need to use to take part. Eligible Subscribers will also be able to see this unique code on the Sub Division page when they log into gorillaz.com
- I purchased a Sub Division membership from a ticket vendor as part of my ticket purchase. Where can I find my pre-sale ticket pass-code?
- If you purchased your membership along with tickets from a ticket vendor you have already completed your pre-sale ticket purchase and you are not eligible to receive a pass-code for additional tickets.
- Does the pre-sale start on the same day for all shows?
- Following the tour announcement you will be able to see all the shows that have been announced and the pre-sale start dates for each show on the Sub Division page of Gorillaz.com
- Do I have to buy my Gorillaz pre-sale tickets in a specific timeframe?
- Sub Division subscribers have the chance to access some of the best pre-sale tickets but as capacity in each category may be limited all pre-sale tickets are sold on a 'first-come, first-served' basis. The earlier you participate in the pre-sale for the show of your choice the more chance of getting the ticket you want.
- How Many Tickets Can I buy?
- As a paid-up Sub Division subscriber when the tour is announced and pre-sales begin, you are eligible to purchase up to FOUR tickets for any ONE show in a SINGLE transaction. Each pre-sale passcode can be used ONCE only against up to four tickets at any one show.
- If I miss the pre-sale for the show of my choice am I able to use my unique Sub Division or G-Club ticket access code for that show?
- No. After the pre-sale has ended for a show, any remaining tickets allocated for the pre-sale for that show, will go on sale to the general public. The links to ticket vendors that are selling tickets for the public ticket sale will be available on the Sub Division page of gorillaz.com. If there are subsequent pre-sales then your unused code will still be eligible to take part in pre-sales for alternative Gorillaz concerts.
- Does my Sub Division membership allow me priority access to tickets for more than one show?
- Your Sub Division membership is valid to make a single priority ticket access purchase of up to 4 (four) tickets for a single show. If you access a ticket presale and DO NOT complete your purchase your presale passcode is still valid. Once you have completed a ticket purchase, your presale passcode will no longer be valid for future presale access as your Sub Division membership ticket allowance will have been completed
- Can i get a new presale passcode to purchase additional tickets in future pre-sales?
- As you know we hold some of the best tickets for Sub Division members. Each Sub Division membership is eligible to purchase up to 4 (four) tickets for a single show. This is to ensure that as many tickets from our limited allocation are available to our genuine fans in each market. Allowing each Sub Division membership to purchase 4 tickets for every show would make it very easy for ticket resellers to access the tickets that we hold for our fans.
- How much do the Gorillaz pre-sale tickets cost?
- Any tickets purchased during the pre-sale will cost the same as the tickets available during the public sale and any charges made by the local ticket vendors will also be the same. The Sub Division pre-sale privilege gives you advanced access to tickets, it does not provide you a discount on ticket prices or charges, nor does it guarantee ticket availability. Ticket prices may vary by venue.
- Can i get a refund on my membership if i missed the presale and did not purchase tickets?
- NO. Access to ticket pre-sales is one of many benefits that are enjoyed by Sub Division members. We give everyone good notice of the presales, which typically last 48 hours
Ticket Purchasing
- Am I able to buy Gorillaz pre-sale tickets over the telephone?
- No. Gorillaz pre-sale tickets are only available to purchase over the Internet via the local ticket vendor handling ticket sales for each of the shows. The links to each of the vendors selling pre-sale tickets will be available on the Sub Division page
- How do I enter my personal pre-sale code to take part in the pre-sale?
- When the pre-sale for your chosen show opens, you will need to visit the pre-sale ticketing page for the ticket vendor selling pre-sale tickets for that show. The links for the ticketing vendor pre-sale pages will be sent to you via the registered email address that you provided to gorillaz.com. The links to the vendor websites will also be available on the tour pages of gorillaz.com. On the pre-sale ticketing page of the ticket vendor, there will be a box for you to enter your code.
- Once I have ordered my tickets will I receive an order confirmation?
- Most ticket companies provide an online order reference number as confirmation of your purchase.
- If I have any questions concerning my purchase can I contact someone?
- You must always contact the customer services of the ticket vendor from whom you made your purchase.
- Can I get replacement tickets if I lose my tickets?
- Policy concerning lost tickets can vary from venue to venue so contact the customer service department of the ticket company you purchased from to discuss your options.
- Once I have purchased, when will I receive my tickets?
- Tickets are sent out well in advance of the show. If you haven't received your tickets 7 days prior to your show please call the customer service department of the ticket vendor from whom you purchased your tickets.
- What forms of payment are accepted?
- In the UK - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Switch and most UK debit cards. In Ireland - Laser, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
- How do I know where my tickets will be located?
- If you are buying seated tickets the specific seating location can usually be seen during transactions that are booked online.
- Am I able to cancel my tickets if I am unable to make the show?
- There are no exchanges, refunds or cancellations.
- How can I purchase tickets for disabled access?
- Please follow the instructions on the relevant page of the ticket vendor website that is selling the tickets for the show of your choice.
- What happens if a show is rescheduled or cancelled?
- Your tickets will be honoured at the rescheduled date, but if you cannot attend the new date or the show is cancelled you will receive a refund.
- What if I am not happy with the tickets I purchased?
- By completing a purchase for tickets you are in agreement that the seat locations you purchased are satisfactory. There are no exchanges, refunds or cancellations.
- Do the ticket sites have customer support?
- Yes. All ticket vendors operate a customer help service online and on the telephone where you can contact the vendor about your purchase. You will need to know your order reference when contacting a ticket vendor to discuss a previous purchase of tickets. Customer service information for each of the local ticket vendors will be to the Sub Division page of Gorillaz.com

- What if I do not receive an email or my unique access code?

- Your unique access code will also be available on the Sub Division page when you log into gorillaz.com
- What do I do if my personal pre-sale code does not work?
- Check that the pre-sale has opened for the show that you are trying to purchase tickets for.
- Check that you have entered your code correctly into the ticket vendor website. Your code is 14 characters long, contains NUMBERS and UPPERCASE LETTERS and begins with GRZ. Please be sure to enter your code carefully. The codes are CaSe-SenSiTIVE. If you are using 'copy and paste' to enter your code, please ensure that you have only copied the 14 characters of your code and that you have not included any spaces by accident.
- Check you have not exceeded the ticket limit for your code. Each code is only valid for 4 tickets for any one (1) show and cannot be re-used.
- If this does not resolve the problem, in order to contact the appropriate Customer Service Team, please follow the instructions given at the ticket vendor website that has rejected your code. Sub Division or G-Club customer services can be reached from the Sub Division support page of gorillaz.com. Customer service information for each of the local ticket vendors will be to the Sub Division page of Gorillaz.com
