For those not lucky enough to catch the intimate fan club shows, Plastic Beach will touch down in London on April 29 & 30 as the music of Gorillaz is performed over two nights at London's Roundhouse.
The shows will feature the Gorillaz band plus guests including Bashy, De La Soul, Kano, Little Dragon, Mos Def, National Orchestra for Arabic Music, Gruff Rhys, Shaun Ryder, and Bobby Womack. With songs taken from right across Gorillaz' back catalogue, the Roundhouse dates will include full Gorillaz production, featuring video animation, artwork and film.

Fan club tribute nights are one thing but I'm going to have to check my Svengali handbook to see how to handle this one. Hmmm. frenchy10142 I feel your pain the tickets for cochella were three days or none at all. And the dirt there I was told was unberibal . Tuna This is ridiculous, the real fans aren't getting to see their favorite acts these days because of unaccountability of buying tickets online. Every ticket agency should now enforce a new system whereby buyers are asked to upload a picture of themselves which will be printed on the ticket like they do for reading and glastonbury I cannot believe it hasn't been done before. Us Londoners have been waiting for 5 years for a show like this and when it finally comes, we're forced to miss out or spend extortionate amounts of money which most of us cannot afford to do. We have entered a sad era which I hope artists are realising as this simply alienates true music fans.2 yearss ago
Scallywag Doesn't have to be like this! Went to see the Artic monkeys last night, they limited 2 tickets per household and you needed proof of purchase ie. credit/debit card and photo id 2nd person needed to be with purcahser otherwise wouldn't be admitted. No touts to be seen & no tickets on ebay.....the way it should be!2 yearss ago
RadioAnti Ive seen so many pairs of tickets being re sold just for the 30th. I have a feeling very little of those tickets actually got to the fans. Wasnt even an internet speed problem either, Ive got pretty good speeds here and I was getting the errors as well. Livenations site obviously just couldnt handle the volume of people (touts) trying to get tickets (which you would think they would have thought about.... ) Really not amused Livenation.
