DORYTOMY
DORYTOMY looking at the Dates, there is Plenty of room between the 2x announced dates for the London o2 and Dublin gigs. my bet is they are waiting to judge demand for London and Dublin then announce more dates. i guess another 1x for London and at least 1x more for dublin, enough rest days and time to get Stage gear to gigs.... even by ferry in case of that bleedin Volcano ;) 1x for Dublin is'nt enough and demand from Overseas is sure to get another for London. unless they add some more surprises for Europe in between London and Dublin ? well i could be Talking a load of testicles, but i'd bet my bottom dollar for more dates for London and Dublin, just how many more to be added is the question ?

nickyh1 I'm going to wait until a few days before the gigs at the o2. They usually sell off all the unsold premier tickets (£145) at the normal price (£50). Seen them do this for loads of gigs before and I can't imagine it would be very different with the Gorillaz.

2583fred Yup same in Newcastle. Closest seats were in the third block away from the stage. Now I know they hold the first block back for VIP's for every gig but come on Damon we could have had the second. I reckon if I phone the arena on Friday I could get a better seat which is annoying as I've paid £30 to be able to pay £50 for tickets three days early! feeling a bit of mug here to be honest.

nickyh1 Yeah £145 for best seats at o2 - Blocks 101/2 and 111/2 is a ripoff. They could have at least saved some good normal price seats for members. Will probably buy Standing but the view at the o2 isn't great (as it's flat) unless you get there really early and get to the front. Very disappointed even though I got Cambridge and Roundhouse tickets through the fanclub when it was first set up. Those joining in the last few days must be very unhappy!

DORYTOMY
DORYTOMY yup, that's standard for most ahemmm Lively, rowdy gigs, so you have no option but seats, but good seats are overpriced packages which Livenation wants to flog. thank the govt for letting the Merger go through with Ticketmaster for allowing a monopoly like Livenation for buying up ticket agencies and Buying venues which limits competition. unless the Eu vetoes this merger than get used to bigger prices. tix at the rear suck, unless your kids look 16, wear big boots like bono and try to sneak in, then overpriced tix maybe the only way to see gorillaz-sorry.
