I bought tickets for a cancelled show in Glasgow, Newcastle or Milan. Can i get my tickets refunded?: YES: All ticket buyers for cancelled shows are eligible for a refund.
Ticket vendors are in the process of arranging refunds for fans, check your inbox for online purchase information or return tickets to the point of purchase.

I bought presale tickets for a cancelled (or rescheduled show that i cannot attend) using my Sub Division passcode. Can i cancel my Sub Division membership and get a refund?: YES. If you purchased a Sub Division membership and used your presale passcode to purchase tickets for a show that got cancelled (or rescheduled and you cannot make the new show) then you can cancel your membership and get a refund.
Please email subdivision-support@gorillaz.com with your User Name and Presale Passcode and let us know which show you purchased tickets for to request a refund.
I purchased a Sub Division membership through Ticketmaster along with my tickets for a cancelled show (or rescheduled show). Can i keep my Sub Division Membership if my tickets are refunded?: YES. If you wish to keep your Sub Division membership, and receive the merchandise and ticket benefits associated with Sub Division membership then you can ask Ticketmaster to refund ONLY the ticket portion of your purchase. Alternatively, you can request a refund of your Sub Division membership via Ticketmaster who will then let us know to cancel your membership.
I purchased a VIP Package through Ticketmaster along with my tickets for a cancelled (or rescheduled) show. Can i still receive the exclusive VIP merchandise if my tickets are refunded?: YES. If you wish to receive the merchandise portion of the VIP package after your tickets are refunded then you can ask Ticketmaster to refund ONLY the ticket portion of your purchase.
I used my presale passcode to buy tickets for a cancelled show, can i use my passcode to buy tickets for one of the newly announced shows?: YES. Presale Passcode for Sub Division members who purchased for cancelled shows are re-instated and are displayed in the Sub Division area when you are logged in to Gorillaz.com. Your code can be used to purchase tickets in future presales in accordance with the terms and conditions.
I used my presale passcode to buy tickets for a rescheduled show that i cannot now attend. Can i use my passcode to buy tickets for one of the newly announced shows?: YES. Your ticket vendor will be in touch to arrange a refund of tickets for fans who cannot make a rescheduled show. The vendor will then let us know of Sub Division members who need to have their codes refreshed and you will then be able to participate in future presales using your code.
